I miss my hair.
Went to see Eclipse midnight premiere last night. If you've read the books, you'll see the parts that were missing and if you've only seen the movies you'll adore it. Even with the parts missing it is by far the best of the saga so far. It is going to be a long year and a half until Breaking Dawn. I don't know how I'll make it...
Moving onward...Orientation at Radford University for me next Wednesday. It is hard to believe it's time to start shopping for school supplies again...I'm kind of ready for it though. Fall is beautiful and Halloween is my favorite holiday.
4th of July is this Sunday [hard to believe we're 1/2 way through the year already!!]
and the grand finale of the next 3 weeks...Montreat Youth Conference 2010. A week in Montreat North Carolina with my church lovin some jebus. =)
Pictures to follow??

New.
I didn't notice until today how one's hair contributes to how others view said person. I've been told I look alot more adult now than I did before. Hmm. Well at least I'll be able to stay cooler this summer than usual. It's a new beginning.

Where has the time gone??
The title of this post has many meanings. First off, it's been a month since updating last. Second, the love of my life just graduated from high school. Third, I graduated from Community college. Where the time has gone in all 3 situations, I know not. I assume I didn't achieve my Associates in Education but I'm still off to Radford University this fall to study towards my Masters in Education which, by the grace of God, I will have in my hands 3 years from now. *says prayer*
My boyfriend Nate graduated from high school this past Sunday. I'm so proud of him. We began dating in October of his Freshman year/my Junior year. So to be sitting at his graduation almost 4 years later was, to say the least, amazing. I don't know what our futures hold but I hope they involve each other.
In other news, my Uncle died on Mother's day. The week following was epic, dramatic, and tearful as we all said goodbye to him. My poor aunt is still straightening things out with all the companies.
Now as I look toward the summer months ahead of me, I have the annual optimism that I believe all students have. I have to find a new job because frankly, Subway blows. They don't respect their employees and the pay isn't enough for me to pay rent. We'll see how that pans out...no pun intended.
I seem to have run out of recipes which partially explains the lack of update. So I'll leave you with this:
"It was under the cake."
