Baked Spinach Dip Loaf

Baked Spinach Dip Loaf
-Two-8 oz. cream cheese, softened
-4 1/2 cups dip[less fat works]
-1 cup mayo [light mayo work]
-One - 10 oz frozewn chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze dried
-One- 4oz shredded cheddar
-One- 8 oz water chestnuts, drained, chopped bacon bits as desired (5 strips, cooked and crumbled) Bacos works.
-1 green onion, chopped-2+ dill weed
-1 garlic clove minced
-1/2 seasoned salt reg lite works
-1/8+ pepper [seasoned pepper good]
I unsliced round loaf 1 lb sourdough bread.
Beat cheese and mayo. Stir in next 9 ingredients. Cut a 1 1/2 inch slice off top of bread. Carefully hollow out bottom leaving a 1/2 inch shell-cube. Fill shell with spinach dip, replace top, wrap in heavy duty foil, place on pan. Bake 375° 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours.
Serve it with a loaf of bread sliced or crackers.
